FaithLog Terms of Use

The service

FaithLog is a personal journaling app. You keep ownership of everything you write and create; we only store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

Keep your devices secure. If you never add a recovery method (Apple, Google or email) and lose access to all linked devices, your anonymous account cannot be recovered — the app will remind you about this at appropriate moments.

Purchases

Full Access is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, through the App Store or Google Play. It renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends; you can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their standard policies. On our website, Full Access is sold as a fixed term (currently twelve months) processed by Paystack; it does not renew automatically.

AI features

Reflection features generate responses with AI. They are companions for reflection, not professional counseling, medical or crisis services. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or the resources the app surfaces.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, disrupt the systems, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as FaithLog evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Questions: hello@faithlog.space.
